The Acworth Football and Cheerleading Association, Inc. (AFCA) is a 501(c)(3) All volunteer organization that develops the next generation of leaders in our community by providing competitive and instructional football and cheerleading opportunities for children between the ages of three and twelve.

Football players are divided by age groups (between 5-12 years old) and within those age groups are assigned to teams with players of similar abilities and experience level. We are fortunate enough to have multiple teams at each age group allowing us to be one of the very few organizations that field teams at every age group in both the D1 and D2 divisions of the North West Georgia Football League. We have a history of success on the field and it begins with quality experienced coaching at all age groups. We emphasis character within all of our teams, character that begins with Dedication, Hard Work and Loyalty.

Cheerleaders are also divided by age group and cheer every Saturday for a football team of a respective age group. This is not all we do. Our Cheer program is as competitive as any in the state, with a recent track record of championship success at all age groups. The dedicated and experienced cheer coaches certainly enjoy the work that it takes to succeed in the Cheer Jams and Competitions.

We also provide 3 & 4 year old Tiny-tot Flag football and Cheerleading that practices once a week and plays in-park games on Saturday mornings.
