In order to be allowed on the field as a coach or as a team parent, you need to complete your background check for both the City of Acworth and Cobb Football League. 

Please download the Acworth City Background Check and follow the directions for submission that are listed. 

For the Cobb Football League, click the second link and follow the steps to complete. If you completed a background check during the 2023 season for the first time, then you do need to fill out the application but then click the link stating that you completed one during the 2023 season.
